RETURNS
In the act that you receive an item from Core 5 and do not love it, we understand and would gladly accept a return. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. NO EXCEPTIONS. Within 7 days of delivery, we believe it gives you plenty of time to receive the item, try on and decide whether you would like to keep it or return the item and receive a Core 5 Co gift card to shop the store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must come in condition that they were received, if they are received to Core 5 with excessive hair, odor, etc, the return could be denied based on the condition. If at that point you would like to have the item retuned to you because it was denied, you may purchase a return label and have it re-delivered to you.
Items purchased at a discounted rate of 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE. Any items purchased from a SALE SECTION are also FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE items also include: swimwear, undergarments, accessories, leggings, athletic wear and pjs.
Items that you received are damaged or defective, you are required to inform Core 5 Co within 5 DAYS of delivery of item.
The return shipping cost per return is $8. The $8 will be deducted from your store credit (gift card). You can ship multiple items in a return in this same return.
Once the shipping label has been created for you, you will have 7 days to return the item. If the item is not sent within the 7 day period, you are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
All returns need to be returned in original condition, with tags, buttoned up and folded appropriately. If these guidelines are not followed, an $10 restocking fee will be deducted from store credit.
Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. We have to use the shoe box to resell the item, so PLEASE do not ship it back in the shoe box only. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
